Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production costs, overhead expenses, and material variances to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare monthly cost reports, inventory valuations, and standard cost analyses
- Collaborate with operations teams to monitor cost efficiency and implement process improvements
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities through accurate cost projections
- Conduct regular audits of inventory records and cost accounting systems
- Develop and maintain cost accounting models aligned with GAAP standards
- Present financial findings to management and recommend strategic cost optimization measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost methodologies and inventory management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
