- Monitor and analyze operational costs to identify trends and variances
- Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses for management review
- Ensure compliance with budgetary controls and cost accounting standards
- Collaborate with departments to implement cost optimization strategies
- Maintain accurate cost data in ERP systems and supporting documentation
- Assist in inventory valuation and cost allocation methodologies
- Support annual budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Conduct regular audits of cost-related transactions and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing/operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Experience with inventory valuation and production cost analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
