Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Conduct regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual costs and standard costs.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for senior management review.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.
- Perform physical inventory audits and reconcile cycle count results with ledger balances.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to enhance cost-efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to validate cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and cost breakdowns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a significant advantage.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication skills to present financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
