Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production costs, material usage, and overhead expenses to ensure accurate cost allocation
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses highlighting discrepancies and opportunities
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with operations teams to monitor inventory levels and optimize production efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes with cost-based insights
- Conduct regular audits of cost accounting processes to ensure compliance with policies
- Support management by providing actionable financial data for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with inventory valuation and cost allocation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
