Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and analyze cost accounting systems to ensure accurate tracking of production costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of stock records.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production and operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Perform variance analysis between actual costs and standard costs, providing root-cause explanations.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders and communicate financial results effectively in both English and Mandarin.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with regional offices and stakeholders.
- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
