Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and analyze cost data to estimate, establish, and maintain standard costs for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing variances including material yield, labor efficiency, and overhead spend.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and manage the year-end physical inventory count.
- Conduct gross margin analysis by product line and customer segment to identify profitability improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to evaluate bill of materials (BOM) and routing accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, focusing on cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Develop and implement cost control procedures and recommend improvements to the ERP accounting system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is highly preferred.
- At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of standard costing systems, inventory management, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
