- Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems for wholesale food and beverage operations
- Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and margin performance across product lines
- Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and budget forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to optimize purchasing costs and inventory turnover
- Conduct regular audits of inventory records and cost allocation methodologies
- Support pricing strategies by calculating product costs and profitability metrics
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or FMCG sector
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with VBA skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average)
- Experience with food and beverage industry cost structures and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of implementing cost optimization initiatives
