Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze cost data to support strategic financial decisions and operational improvements
- Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting systems for inventory valuation and cost allocation
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs to identify inefficiencies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments to monitor cost drivers
- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles preferred
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data
- Certification (ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous
