Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee cost accounting processes and ensure accurate allocation of operational expenses
- Analyze cost variances, trends, and profitability metrics to drive data-driven decisions
- Develop and maintain cost models, budgets, and financial forecasts for operational activities
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize resource utilization
- Implement and improve cost control systems and internal controls
- Prepare detailed cost reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct audits of inventory valuations and manufacturing overhead costs
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting or management accounting
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA certification highly valued
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to present complex financial data clearly
