Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing costs and develop accurate cost accounting models
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure optimal profitability
- Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses for management review
- Collaborate with production teams to understand manufacturing processes and cost drivers
- Implement and maintain cost control measures across production facilities
- Conduct inventory valuation and reconciliation for manufacturing materials
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent knowledge of cost accounting principles and methodologies
