Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for operational efficiency? Jolliant RNN Corp. is seeking a dedicated Cost Accounting Specialist to join our team in Taytay, Rizal. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, responsible for analyzing, recording, and reporting on our manufacturing and operational costs.
As a Cost Accounting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's profitability. You will work closely with production and operations teams to monitor material, labor, and overhead expenditures, ensuring that our financial reporting is both accurate and insightful. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain standard costs for manufacturing processes and periodic updates.
- Analyze variances between actual production costs and standard costs, providing actionable insights to management.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and perform reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of valuation.
- Monitor and report on direct material, labor, and overhead costs to support budget planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual cost accounting reports and financial statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Manage the documentation of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory valuations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP software and integrated accounting systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
