Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all cost-accounting functions for JHRC Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, material variances, and overhead expenses.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Manage inventory valuation and ensure accurate stock costing.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and track actuals against forecasts.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts related to cost centers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
