As a Cost Accounting Specialist, you will work closely with the Cost Accounting Manager to oversee cost structures, analyze variances, and develop robust budgets and forecasts. You will serve as a key partner in maintaining the integrity of our inventory valuation and production costing, providing management with the data-driven insights needed to optimize profitability and drive growth in a competitive market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Cost Accounting Manager in the preparation and monitoring of annual cost budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
- Conduct thorough analysis of production variances, including material usage, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with the ERP system to ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing overhead costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of cost-related schedules and reconciliations.
- Maintain and update product standard costs, ensuring alignment with current market pricing and production methodology.
- Prepare periodic management reports highlighting cost trends, profitability by product line, and efficiency KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Finance; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and variance analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
