- Analyze and record production costs to maintain accurate financial reporting systems
- Monitor cost variances and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes
- Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses for management review
- Collaborate with production departments to understand cost drivers and process inefficiencies
- Support budget preparation and forecasting through cost data analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures
- Assist in inventory valuation and cost allocation methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization
