PT. TRAX SUMBIRI INDO is seeking a meticulous and analytical Cost Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team in Batang, Central Java. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting regarding manufacturing operations, ensuring that every cost is captured, analyzed, and optimized to support our business profitability.
You will work closely with cross-functional departments including Production, Warehouse, and Procurement to monitor manufacturing costs, identify variances, and drive cost efficiency initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze accurate manufacturing cost reports, including raw material usage, labor, and overhead absorption.
- Monitor production costs against budgets and provide variance analysis to management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the production department to perform regular stock takes and reconcile inventory data with the accounting system.
- Maintain and update product costing models to ensure accurate pricing and margin analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements within the manufacturing cycle.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local accounting standards.
- Prepare month-end closing entries related to cost accounting and inventory valuation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
