We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Analyst to join our finance team at Stealth Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and proposals, managing sales orders, and compiling comprehensive reports to support business decisions. You will coordinate bidding requirements meticulously and monitor project status and updates to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and track sales orders from initiation through delivery
- Compile and analyze financial and operational reports for management review
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely bidding processes
- Monitor project status and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines
- Assist in cost estimation and variance analysis to support decision-making
- Maintain organized documentation and records for audit and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in cost analysis, accounting, or financial reporting
- Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and budgeting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines
