- Monitor and analyze daily cost data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly cost reports and variance analysis to management.
- Assist in the budgeting process by forecasting costs and tracking budget utilization.
- Review and reconcile cost accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide cost-related insights and support financial planning.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Update and maintain cost accounting systems and spreadsheets to reflect current business conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting or Financial Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
