Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's fixed asset register, ensuring all purchases, disposals, and transfers are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and process monthly depreciation schedules and reconciliation of fixed asset accounts.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in cost control and variance analysis by monitoring departmental expenses and identifying trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to cost accounting and asset management.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting or fixed asset management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis if required.
