- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) components and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate cost models for manufactured products
- Conduct variance analysis between actual costs and standard/budgeted figures
- Prepare regular cost reports and margin improvement recommendations
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize production processes
- Monitor cost performance metrics and identify trends affecting profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing/engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in COGS analysis
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and cost optimization
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
