- Analyze cost structures across corporate and site operations to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop, monitor, and reconcile annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Manage insurance policies, claims processing, and compliance documentation
- Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for senior management
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital projects and operational initiatives
- Coordinate with external insurers and legal teams on policy renewals
- Implement cost control measures and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost analysis or insurance management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Certification in cost accounting (e.g., CMA) or insurance (e.g AIC) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
