- Analyze and manage cost data to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner according to company policies
- Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies with clients and internal departments
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolutions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or billing
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
