- Develop, monitor, and maintain organizational budgets aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct detailed cost analyses and variance reporting to identify optimization opportunities

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or budget management
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (VBA, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
