Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze cost data to ensure accurate monthly reporting.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Prepare and review monthly cost reports, inventory valuation, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant Philippine accounting standards.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable related to inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
