Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end inventory process, including receiving, storage, and issuance across all branches.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Analyze food and beverage costs, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and cost management.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly cost reports, including variance analysis and actionable recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to establish accurate recipe costing, portion control, and menu pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and contracts to ensure competitive procurement and quality standards.
- Lead internal audits to ensure strict compliance with financial policies and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in cost control, inventory management, or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for data modeling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
