Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Senior Cost/Contract Engineer in preparing and monitoring comprehensive project budgets.
- Manage and process subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to track material consumption, labor costs, and progress against the project schedule.
- Prepare accurate progress billing and payment certifications for contractors and suppliers.
- Identify potential cost savings and risk mitigation strategies to optimize project margins.
- Review project variations and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost justification.
- Maintain systematic records of all project-related contracts, documents, and technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cost engineering, contract management, or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office (Excel/Project).
- Strong knowledge of local construction standards, material costs, and labor regulations in the Philippines.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and contract documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
