Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze monthly expenditures across all departments
- Prepare variance reports comparing actual costs against budget projections
- Implement and maintain cost control procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to understand cost drivers
- Assist in quarterly budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose actionable solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or local systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
