Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all project cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor expenditures against approved budgets and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Develop and maintain cost tracking systems for multiple concurrent projects
- Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage subcontractor cost control processes and payment certifications
- Ensure compliance with contractual financial requirements and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of cost control experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
