- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures

- Implement cost control measures across operational departments
- Conduct periodic audits of expense categories for compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial control
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
