Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily operational expenses to ensure compliance with company budget policies.
- Perform variance analysis by comparing actual costs against budgets and historical data.
- Manage and verify procurement documentation, ensuring all cost entries are accurate and accounted for.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, highlighting key cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and verify stock movements to prevent losses.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and streamline cost-tracking processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or audit roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.
