Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage or loss.
- Prepare detailed cost control reports and operational expense summaries for management review.
- Review and validate invoices and receipts related to operational expenses to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and track actual spending against projected budgets.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
- Ensure all financial documentation is up-to-date and filed according to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of costing models, COGS, and operational expense structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
