Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and monitor operational costs across park departments including animal care, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and maintain cost control systems to track deviations from budgeted expenses
- Prepare regular financial reports highlighting cost-saving opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with department heads to implement cost reduction strategies without compromising service quality
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards
- Assist in annual budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with procurement teams to evaluate vendor contracts for cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial control roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience working in hospitality, tourism, or conservation sectors preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
