Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily food and beverage costs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and verify stock levels against the POS system.
- Track and report price fluctuations of raw materials and ingredients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports for management.
- Identify areas of waste and implement strategies to minimize operational loss.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and procurement teams to maintain accurate recipe costing.
- Ensure all internal control procedures are strictly followed by restaurant staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller, Accounting Clerk, or in an F&B administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of F&B inventory management systems and basic accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle data with accuracy.
- Integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
