Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain standard cost systems for the entire company group
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations comparing standard costs against actual performance
- Analyze cost variances and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance departments to implement cost controls
- Develop and monitor cost budgets across business units
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable cost-saving solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
