- Monitor and control project costs across track, OCS, and civil works components
- Prepare and maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions to stay within budget

- Develop and implement cost control procedures and best practices
- Conduct regular financial reviews with project stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
- Experience in the construction or rail industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
