Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance versus budget and forecast.
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, variance analysis, and budget proposals.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement efficiency improvements to drive savings.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage and control departmental expenditures.
- Perform regular audits of financial data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in cost control, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and cost control methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
