- Monitor and analyze charter-related operational costs to ensure budget adherence and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for senior management review
- Develop and implement cost control strategies aligned with charter business objectives
- Collaborate with charter operations teams to understand cost drivers and recommend process improvements
- Oversee maintenance of cost accounting systems and ensure data integrity across departments
- Conduct periodic audits of charter expenses to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support annual budget preparation and cost allocation methodologies for charter operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 3 years experience in cost accounting, preferably within maritime or logistics sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and maritime industry cost structures
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or S2 degree in Finance preferred
