Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor project costs and variances through regular financial analysis and reporting
- Administer contracts including amendments, renewals, and compliance verification
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects
- Coordinate with project teams to implement cost control measures and best practices
- Conduct audits of expenditures and vendor invoices to ensure contractual alignment
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and contract records
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control or contract administration
- Proficiency in construction accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and construction industry contracts
- Certification in cost management or contract administration preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
