We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Cost Controller Manager to oversee the financial health of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling project costs, schedules, and cash flow while monitoring performance metrics and risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost control systems to monitor project budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze project schedules and cash flow to ensure timely delivery and financial stability.
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance summaries.
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure alignment between cost control objectives and project goals.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate data insights and recommendations.
- Review and optimize processes to improve overall project efficiency and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control, quantity surveying, or project management.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record in monitoring project performance and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certified Professional Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) qualification is preferred.
