Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for operational excellence? Coco Group Bali is seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller Specialist to join our team in Kuta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial integrity of our operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing actionable insights to optimize profitability.
As a Cost Controller, you will work closely with department heads to monitor expenditures, enforce budget compliance, and ensure that our operational costs are aligned with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp analytical mind, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic hospitality/retail environment of Bali.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily operational costs to ensure compliance with established budgets.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and verify the accuracy of cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and monthly cost performance summaries.
- Implement and maintain robust cost-control procedures to minimize wastage and maximize margins.
- Collaborate with department managers to review operational processes and identify efficiency improvements.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure vendor pricing aligns with market standards.
- Provide recommendations to leadership regarding budget adjustments and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Cost Controller or similar financial analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP systems preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Deep understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across various operational levels.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
