Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for new construction projects.
- Review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive rates.
- Monitor project expenses and compare them against the initial budget to identify variances.
- Utilize cost estimation software and tools to calculate accurate material costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align estimates with project scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cost estimation software and construction industry tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Professional License (Preferred).
