Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all cost accounting functions including inventory valuation and production cost analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor expense control policies across departments
- Prepare monthly variance reports with actionable recommendations for cost reduction
- Collaborate with operations to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste
- Conduct regular audits of expense reports and vendor invoices
- Mentor junior accountants on cost control methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting or expense control
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Proven experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
