- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans for pre- and post-contract phases
- Conduct rigorous tender evaluations and bid analysis for procurement optimization
- Coordinate procurement activities ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
- Generate detailed commercial reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Implement and manage change processes to assess cost implications
- Monitor project expenditures against baseline budgets with variance analysis
- Advise on cost reduction strategies without compromising quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5+ years' cost management experience in manufacturing/high-tech facilities
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and local construction contracts
- RICS or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with commercial report preparation
- Change management experience in industrial projects
