The Role: As a key member of our thriving Philippines team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial excellence for some of the world's most demanding technology clients. You will take ownership of cost planning, procurement strategies, and financial governance for multiple concurrent projects. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget without compromising on quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all commercial, cost planning, procurement, and financial governance functions for a portfolio of complex data centre projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the procurement process, including tender documentation, evaluation, and contract award, ensuring best value for the client.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and agreement of monthly cost reports, valuations, and final accounts.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or program.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the cost management team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Kualifikasi
- Degree qualified (Bachelor's Degree or higher) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional membership (e.g., MRICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in cost management within the construction industry, with at least 3 years focused on data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Proven experience managing regional or multiple project portfolios simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Deep understanding of local and regional construction markets, particularly in the Philippines.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
