Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage accounts payable functions including invoice matching and payment scheduling
- Analyze costing data to support pricing strategies and margin optimization
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies and cost-related issues
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis summaries
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or costing roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international logistics environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
