- Conduct detailed product costing and analysis for manufacturing operations
- Support strategic pricing decisions through cost-benefit analysis
- Maintain and update accurate cost data in ERP systems

- Collaborate with procurement and production teams on cost control
- Prepare costing reports for management review and decision-making
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of costing experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in cost accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average)
