Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production costs and prepare detailed costing reports for management review
- Develop and maintain accurate cost models for new and existing products
- Monitor cost variances and investigate root causes of discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize material costs
- Support pricing strategies through comprehensive cost-volume-profit analysis
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational waste
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Prepare monthly cost forecasts and budget variance reports
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in costing or cost accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost allocation methods
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Certification in cost management (ACCA/CIMA) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
