Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost accounting records for materials, labor, and overhead
- Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities through variance analysis
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to gather cost data
- Develop and implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare regular costing reports and present findings to management
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support inventory valuation and cost optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
