Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from issuing purchase orders to tracking deliveries.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis for raw materials and finished products to ensure project profitability.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and lead times.
- Maintain and update the product costing database to reflect current market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide cost-effective material recommendations for new projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure seamless stock flow.
- Perform regular vendor audits and performance evaluations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or costing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with the packaging or gift manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a creative, collaborative team.
