Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate product costing models within the ERP system to ensure financial transparency.
- Perform regular cost analysis to identify variances between standard and actual costs.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production and procurement departments to monitor inventory movements and manufacturing expenses.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed cost estimations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements through process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) is considered a strong advantage.
