Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage cost accounting operations including inventory valuation and cost analysis
- Develop and maintain accurate costing models for products and services
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments for cost data collection
- Implement cost control measures and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Mentor and develop the costing team through training and performance guidance
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in cost accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and cost management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) highly regarded
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
